We are not contracted with any insurance provider so the full fee is due at time of service. For those with PPO type health insurance, you may be able to get reimbursed for the cost of your visit from your insurance carrier, although the amount is variable and depends on your particular insurance policy, and specifically your out-of-network benefits. We will assist in supplying all payment receipts and necessary paperwork for your submission.
